I think I might have a mold allergy.

I have noticed progressive nasal/sinus congestion (thick mucous at the back of my throat). I also get reddness, watering and slightly cloudy vision in my right eye only.

I have been to the doctors repeatedly & they keep saying it is hayfever (hayfever products are ineffective), but the problems actually get better during the hot weather. I have noticed during the last week, which has been damp & wet the problems are recurring.

We do get blackish mold growing on the walls in the bathroom & bedroom.

I'd be really grateful for any advice. (I'm voting for move to a hot climate!)

If it were me, I would start by getting rid of the mold on the walls in the bathroom and bedroom. Something is obviously causing the mold, can you have this looked at by someone? Does the bathroom and bedroom feel damp? Dampness in homes isn't good for the health!

Best get it looked into, and if the problem goes away, you've got your answer.
