    The CMHPSR researches the organization, financing, and management structure of mental health care systems and the delivery of mental health services and provides consultation and technical support to those individuals and programs involved in implementing system change.     (CSMHPS). The Center was established in 1996 to increase the development of high-quality social work research in an active program of public mental health research.   • Consortium for Applied Research in Mental Health
    The purpose is to paint a comprehensive picture of psychiatric deinstitutionalization using primarily Southwestern Ontario as a "natural laboratory." Research program embraces a multi-disciplinary approach and includes the areas and disciplines of correctional services, economics, epidemiology, family edicine, law, nursing, police services, political science, psychology, psychiatry and social work.

    The focus of the Center is on child, adolescent and family mental health services research.
